Well, I think that they should this is because if you have a journal that talks about an ancient treasure's location that the government has been searching for years you should be able to keep that your business. But if you want to work with the government to find the treasure then that should be your own choice. You should be able to keep your property which the map that you created for the ancient treasure is your property.
