4.18 x 9. 10^-4x10^-4 well we add the exponents


=37.62 Which gives us 10^8
37.62 is not in scientific notion so we moves the decimal to the left which gives us 3.762 we add 1 to the. The exponent which gives us 10^9
3.762 x10^9 is this right
