Just because a number is odd does not mean that it is prime.
For example, one of these lowest odd numbers that isn't prime is 9.
You can get 9 by multiplying 3 by 3.
3 × 3 = 9
Another example is 15.
5 × 3 = 15
Even the number 1 isn't prime.
1 × 1 = 1
