Physical capital is defined as physical assets that a business use to produce its goods. These physical assets are fixed – they are generally bought as investments to be able to make the products.
Thus, in the case of a woodworker who makes furniture, her or his physical capital would be saws and drills, since these things are necessary to have in order to build the furniture.
