julio is paid 1.4 times his hourly rate for each hour he works over 30 hours in a week. last week he worked 35 hours and earned 436.60. write and solve an equation to find julios normal hourly rate, r. explain how you know that that your answer is reasonable. please show work so i can understand.

Let Julio's hourly rate = X
In a week he worked for 35 hours. So 30 hours of normal time and 5 hours of excess time
then rate of payment for the excess 5 hours in the week = 5*[X + (X/4)]
                                                                                           = 5* (5X/4)
                                                                                           = 25X/4
His total weekly earning is 436.60
Then
X + (25X/4) = 436.6
29X/4 = 436.6
X = (436.6 * 4)/29
   = 60.22
Then we find that Julio's normal horly rate is 60.22
Now to check if the answer is correct
60.22 + (25 *60.22/4)
= 60.22 + 376.38
= 436.60
So we can see that the value of X is correct.
