The good side of this is that when things are done quickly, it saves time and therefore more, it saves money. Most Fast foods however are not healthy. This is one of the reasons, many people have criticized the industry for encouraging an unhealthy culture. Most fast foods come with health problems such as obesity, heart problems, cancer, diabetes, etc. Many fast foods companies have now begun to incorporate healthier options in their fast food categories. This has not reduced the amount of unhealthy fast food being consumed as people ultimately are the arbiters of their choices. Hence the fast and convenient culture in the area of food remains.
