Influence by peer group come from the people that had a similar social status than you and you've spent a lot of time with. Influence by peer group is regarded as one of the strongest source of influence in people's life since people are social being that constantly crave the acceptance of the people that we valued.

People with high emotional stability would tend to remain balanced and stable regardless of the situation that they face. Compared to other people in general, people with this trait tend to be the most suitable in leadership positions because they can remain calm and seek for appropriate solutions when problem arise.

In order to cope with this negative emotion, they either completely hide themselves from others or put an act to hide the things they are insecure about. Self actualization refers to a condition when people have felt that they've achieve their true potential. Achieving self-actualization is placed the highest at Maslow's hierarchy of needs because it always become a drive that influence every decisions and behaviors in people's life.

High-self esteem tend to be obtained along with maturity. Teenagers tend to have the lowest since they are constantly crave acceptance from others. Even though this may not always be the case, mature men tend to have higher self-esteem than mature female since most culture value men to be in higher leadership position.
