Jogging will give me the highest heart rate, then you should agree that it was correct. The explanation for this is that there's an increase in the quantitive data you have collected. You can have an explanation like: By jogging, my heart rate has significantly increased compared to resting or walking.

The independent variables are the types of activity you did under a specific amount of time. For example, you jogged for 30 seconds nonstop. The type of activity you did and how long you did it make up the independent variables.

The dependent variables are basically the results you get from the independent variables. So, this will be your heart rate.

Edit: If you need to graph the table above, then the independent variable (how long you did the activity for in seconds) will go on the x-axis and the dependent variable (the heart rate) goes on the y-axis.
