Alfred Wegener was the establishing father of the hypothesis of mainland float. To the extent the atmosphere was concerned, Wegener discovered icy stores, the remaining parts of floats of flotsam and jetsam incorporated by icy activity in tropical territories of the earth, where it was much too warm for icy masses to exist. In like manner, he found the remaining parts of tropical plants and creatures that were situated in regions much excessively chilly, making it impossible to cultivate such living things. Wegener effectively proposed the mainlands more likely than not been in various climatic conditions at one time. At that point, they floated, to a great extent by the rotational turn of the earth to their present areas in entirely unexpected atmospheres. Wegener's concept of mainland float experienced considerable difficulties picking up acknowledgment among mainstream researchers, as he had a feeble system clarifying what could cause vast land masses, for example, the landmasses, to float crosswise over extensive assemblages of maritime water to entirely unexpected climatic conditions.
