Europeans brought back tomatoes, potatoes, corn, maize, and squash from the Americas. However, I must admit there are definitely more, but I listed the key food plants.

Tomatoes

The Columbian exchange, nominated for Christopher Columbus,  in the 15th and 16th centuries where the comprehensive transferal of several kinds of flowers, mammals, culture, technology, viruses, and opinions within West Africa, U.S,  and the Old World. Several plants indigenous to the U.S have increased its travel throughout the world, including potato, maize, vegetable, and weed.
