The variable “c” is the independent variable so it is located on the x-axis. 
While the variable “A” is the dependent variable so it is located on the y-axis. 

Using the formula:

A = 12c

At c = 250, A = 3000. 
At c = 450, A = 5400. 

Now draw a point at coordinate (250, 3000), and another point at coordinate (450, 5400). Connect the 2 points with a line.
