basically this is what used to help me as I'm in college first year.

1. making a plan. a few bullet points of what needs to be done.

2. setting boundaries or a time limit of what has to be done.

3. plan your day. with a what to do list the most important things at the top and the least important things at the bottom.

4. spend time with the people ur comfortable with. sometimes teddies might help. it helped me. i actually had one in my bag. ik this ant for everyone but maybe a comfort thing might help.

tip: sometimes doodling and making the page looks nice also releases stress.
