I think the answer is poor communication because every misunderstanding roots from this problem. If two parties had good communication, then they would prevent any room for misunderstandings. That's why it is important for companies to plan activities that would involve employees to form a good working environment. This would make them comfortable with each other and would later on promote harmony in their work ethics.
