then nearly $ 100 from 1:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

So, we see a rise and fall in amount kept in Lacy's purse.

There may be many reasons behind it. One of the reasons can be that "At 11:00 a.m. she is going outside the house so, she kept money in the purse. So, there is a rise in the graph then at 1:15 p.m. she had bought something. So, there is a drop at 1:15 p.m. "
