Inhibitors: Tacrolimus and Cyclosporine which is used to reduce the allograft rejection and

vascular injury triggered by ischemia-reperfusion damage, atherosclerosis and
hypertension. Antiproliferative
agents: Mycophenolate Mofetil i, Mycophenolate Sodium and Azathioprine are used to reduced
incidence of both early and late acute rejection. mTOR inhibitor: Sirolimus is used in preventing the organ transplant in rejection and to
treat other rare diseases, and lastly the Steroids:
Prednisone is used
to treat conditions such as arthritis, blood
disorders, breathing problems, severe allergies, skin diseases, cancer, eye
problems, and immune system disorders. All they are anti-rejection drugs for those
who undergone transplant.
