The answer should be 4.07, 4.1, 4.23
For this problem just think of the numbers behind the decimals as normal numbers out of 100. .07 would be 7 out of 100. The .1 in 4.1 would be 10 out of 100, and the .23 in 4.23 would be 23 out of 100.
