Personally, I would ask the first customer if they mind if I go and help the second customer quickly, and then get back to them. If they are not in a hurry, they surely won't mind it, and the other one is in a hurry, which means you will finish helping them quickly. What you are least likely to do is get angry and snap at them, because you cannot be rude to your customers - you have to be patient with both of them, and try to help them to the best of your ability.
The correct thing to do is to finish up with the first customer then attend to the second customer. Customers must be attended to on a first-come first-serve basis.
