$a^{2}+ \sqrt{3}(b+2 \sqrt{3})=\\\sqrt{2}^{2}+ \sqrt{3}(\sqrt{3}+2 \sqrt{3})=\\ 2+ \sqrt{3}*\sqrt{3}(1+2)=\\ 2+ 3(3)=\\ 2+ 9=11$
