Moral is when you or someone else is holding high principles for proper conduct. Have you ever heard someone say, "The moral of the story is..."? A isn't the answer. Yes, lying is the opposite of honesty, but the statement itself isn't telling the reader if lying is bad or not. B isn't the correct answer either. The statement in B is a representation of what is known as "Karma". Not everyone believes in karma. The truth is, no one has any idea if karma is a rea thing or not. D isn't correct because in the statement, it just tells us what happened. Like I said, moral is the prinicple of proper conduct, such as "Silence is golden", which means "please be silent". C is correct because it follows through with the definition I have given you AND just like "Silence is golden", "Honesty is the best Policy" means "Its better to be honest than to lie to someone" . Lying to someone can lead to major conflict and can even get you in trouble.
