Do you think there should be more than two parties in the US political system, or does the US system work well? Write one paragraph in response to this question. Use your own words, and support your argument with information from the article.

Respuesta :

The dominance of two major parties in the US system tends to obscure representativeness of all US citizens. The bipartisan United States model does not work well.  In a country with large geographical differences, where groups of various ethnic groups live, it would be logical to assume that a party system with only two parties would not reasonably reflect the aspirations and concerns of the many subcultures that flourish there. Therefore, it would be logical to expect that there would be a multiparty system in the country. But this is clearly a case in which expectations do not match reality.
