Exercising eating healthy watching calorie intake but don't starve yourself
Dieting and working out consistently is the key. Your calorie intake should not be more than 2,000 a day. You should have a minimum of 2 days of cardio a week, along with 3 days of strength building. And then you can take the weekends off. Do not eat before working out, you want to drink a small bit of water and jump straight into the workout. You do it this way so you can start burning the fat right away, and your body will not have to work on consuming what you just ate if you did eat before your workout.
