I am pretty sure it is D. None of the other answers really make any sense, and cotyledons are a leaf in plants that bear seeds and one or more of which are the first leaves to appear from a germinating seed. They are an important part of the embryo within the seed because they help with germination
hope this helps;)
well according to the dictionary they're embryonic leaf in seed-bearing plants, one or more of which are the first leaves to appear from a germinating seed.

so I'd say d.
