John Proctor , when he said that he ment he would do anything for Elisabeth
:D

In the play The Crucible, John Proctor says to Elizabeth that he will do anything to help her, and restore her reputation in the town. He promises that he will "fall like an ocean on that court." This shows how committed he is to fixing the situation. Proctor feels love towards Elizabeth, but he is also motivated by a sense of guilt and regret, as he knows that he is responsible for all the actions and accusations of Abigail.
