A is correct. Human migration existed before that because the Paleolithic people were nomads. They moved on to find food, so they were the first migrators. Neolithic domesticated animals and planted crops, this was the begining of farming. They also had permanent settlements because they would stay with their crops and establish their farm/settlement.
