It creates an mRNA copy of template DNA. The mRNA is then pushed into the cytoplasm of the cell where it is ready by ribosomes.

The mRNA polymerase is an enzyme, helps in initiation of transcription on DNA strand. mRNA polymerase produces new mRNA molecule . It carries genetic information to form protein. The mRNA then enters into the cytoplasm from nucleus and to the ribosomes. Here many tRNAs are attached with the mRNA and forms complimentary base pairing directed by the mRNA. This also results triplet codons which codes for amino acids. Amino acids are the backbone of protein and protein synthesis occurs. Thus RNA ploymerase ultimately lead to the translation or protein synthesis by carrying genetic information.
