B is the right answer
Looking at the graph:

we know that the y-intercept is 4

slope is [tex] \frac{y_{2}-y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}} [/tex]

we can use (0,4) as point 1 and (6, -4) as point 2 to find the slope

[tex] \frac{-4-4}{6-0}= \frac{-8}{6} = -\frac{4}{3} [/tex]

using slope intercept form your answer should be

y=(-4/3)x+4

also, your answers repeat themselves. A and B are the same and so are C and D
