First, you divide Both 91 and 15 by 2, this gives you 45.5 and 7.5. Next, you make 2 separate equations one for Green and one for Blue. (GREEN = 45.5+7.5) and (BLUE = 45.5 - 7.5) 

The Final result is 53 Green and 38 Blue.
