pass on your secrets of a healthy lifestyle to your friends, relatives, or strangers, and help them on their journey.

wide range of lifelong benefits. No question. By being fit, your body
has healthy blood flow, you develop muscles instead of fat (which is
good for the body), and you have more energy. Overall, your body is happier. Physical body aside, your mental health is also good. Exercising can be an outlet for your mind, whether its thinking or getting your mind off of something. A result of which can help you sleep better. It improves your self-esteem which lowers depression and relieves stress.
