Could someone please translate this? "Orationem audire non vultis."

I know it means "are not willing to hearken unto the prayer", but that makes no sense. I need a person to translate it, not Google.

My friend translated it and he said it was the same. Probably sounds weird because your taking words in one language and translating it into a different language that doesent have that word.
