Medical records and billing is related with each other. The two
have connections with each other. The hospital or health facility cannot bill
the patient the right amount without the medical records of the patient. In the
medical records it states all the needed procedure, medicine doses, and even the
amount of professional fee that is supposed to be charged to the patient.
Without the medical records the billing section cannot come out with the
correct chargeable amount due to the patient.
