Felix is correct.

Peter and Jaime are wrong for the reason that Roy didn't wait at the cross walk for six minutes, he was stopped there from 4 to 6. Which is two minutes. Shane is wrong because from time 6 to 8 Roy did drive for a variable amount of time but not for a full 8 minutes. He drove for two. Therefore, Felix is right.
