In completing method square the first we do is making the coefficient of $x^{2}$ as one. so in order to make the coefficient as one we divide each term by 7 in given equation $7x^{2} -14x +6 =0$

Since, 7 is the coefficient of $x^{2}$

Now, if we take 7 as common on left hand side of an equation $7x^{2} -14x=-6$  then it becomes $7(x^{2} -2x)=-6$.

Now, we can compare the equation $A(x^{2} -2x)=-6$ with $7(x^{2}-2x)$

Hence, we get the value of A=7.
