i have attached a picture which I think it is self-explanatory.
Reflection is when light bounces off an object, while refraction is when light bends while passing through an object
Reflection is when light bounces off an object, while refraction is when light bends while passing through an object

Answer:
Difference between reflection and refraction :
- The reflection is the phenomena based on light propagation where the light bounce back after hitting a polished surface.
For example:- light bounce back at different angles when it hits a mirror or shiny metal.
- The refraction is the also a phenomena based on light propagation where the light rays passes through a transparent surface and changes its direction by bending.
For example :-when we put a spoon in a glass of water, the spoon it refract light and appears bent.
