I would say B on this one. Everybody is stressed at some point. If everybody saw a psychologist then their offices would be crammed to the max. Finding an effective way to deal with stress is first identify what is so stressing. Thats the key to then finding a way to deal with it. When i am mad because im so stressed i punch a punching bag or shoot a bow and arrow. These might be considered negative but they help me relax.
