she needs to lift with her legs not her back
To avoid getting back pain she should be using her knees instead of her waist because most people just lift of the object that is heavy without the proper tech. Before lifting anything up she should warm up a little maybe do a little stretching before lifting anything that heavy because it can put a lot of force on your back and that cause back pain.
