B. Reciprocal determinism
The reciprocal determinism holds that there's a continuous and reciprocal interaction between the environment, a person's behavior, and their individual or personal factors such as feelings and thoughts. They are all influenced by each other.
Emily's behavior of dressing in one particular way can be influenced by the decoration of her room (environment) and vice-versa. The same way, the personal factors play a role here, perhaps her environment influenced her thoughts to dress in a certain, or drove a desire to match her room's decoration, and at the same time, the behavior of dressing that way influences in the desire of not changing the room's decoration.
