Depending on your theory.

In my opinion, it did.

The failure of the Treaty at Versailles (created after the end of WW1) caused WW2.

Answer:

Yes it did

Explanation:

The Treaty of Versailles affected Germany the most. Germany had to admit its guilt in starting WW1 (Austria-Hungary started it. not Germany) Germany had to pay all war reperations. Adolf Hitler Came to Power in 1933 which started the Nazi Regime in Germany. Not that im a Nazi. But They did have a good reason to start WW2. Austria-Hungary should have been the one to go through all of what Germany went through. If they had blamed the Nation that was actually responsible for the war (Austria-Hungary), maybe WW2 would never happen
