People are moving to cities because it will help the government make more money. 250,000,000 people are being moved from farms to the newly built suburbs in the cities. It is so sudden, that it is going to cost a lot of money to move. The people that are moving are now having to buy food from stores instead of growing their own. This is just an extreme way of the government trying to find ways to make more money.
