#2 when a person experiences a total solar eclipse where is that person standing? that person is standing where the sun is looking at the sun #3 is teh east side or the west side of the sun covered first during a solar eclipse? i think it is the  East side and i don't know the last one

3.) The west side of the sun will be covered first by the moon.

4.) Because the moon orbits from west to east, the east side of the moon will be covered first in a lunar eclipse.
