That's honestly a very debatable question, but in my opinion I believe war was inevitable due to how crippled the Germans were by the treaty of Versailles.
In the beginning when he was first elected then yes but after he got comfortable not really. Was Hitler gay, or bisexual? Did you know Hitler was a Jew himself he blamed all Jews for make him poor, he blamed his family. Thats why Hitler would have never been stopped because the Jews (his own kind) knew who he truly was but would never step up because they always follow what they were told to do. Also Hitler saw his own kind as a threat because the Jews made more than the Germans.
