0 = any number, but not 0.
As you see, there are only numbers, but not x, so Q = -28 (answer a), c) or d)). If so we have:

Now, when P = 56 the equation will be always true (56 = 56), so every x will be a solution. We don't want that so P ≠ 56 and the answers are a) (Q=-28 and P=-56) and d) (Q=-28 and P=28).
