After Russia entered world war 1 they experienced defeats at the hands of the Germans, and food was becoming scarce. The Duma opposed him and lead to the popularization of revolutionary groups.  The Bolsheviks, led by Vladimir Lenin, seized power in Russia and executed theTsar and his family. The answer is` not B Lenin lead a communist government that the Allies opposed.
