There are no quadrilateral that has no parallel sides. A definition of a quadrilateral is having four straight sides and four sides. There are some figures in the quadrilateral group that are not a major shape but can be with no parallel lines. Try searching a picture up. I first taught trapezoid but the bottom and the top are parallel.
