1) They talk about what the characters need to wear for like clothes and make up, they do a read through of the script. They probably talk about the schedule.

2) IDK

3) Make sure that its one everybody can easily get to without problems, and they must make sure the proper people know that a movie or scene is being filmed and get the permission and things needed.
