Okay.. so let me tell you a trick to remember the names in the ascending order (shortest to longest) .. you can reverse that to write in descending order right?
so here it is .. the only name you got to remember is "GRUVIMRA"

G- Gamma rays
R- x- Rays
U- Ultraviolet rays
V- Visible light
I- Infrared rays
RA - Radio waves
in short your answer is the reverse of this list : Radio waves,Infrared rays,Visible light,Ultraviolet rays , X-rays , Gamma rays
