The benefits of creating this ban are worth the costs for the MTBE or also called as Methyl tert-butyl ether is a type of an organic compound which is a synthetic chemical and can create a fire for it is a flammable material. It can nausea, dizziness and also irritations to the different parts of our body.

Banning MTBE would be beneficial because it would reduce the emissions released from gasoline engines. When breathing in these emissions, can cause impaired lung function and also lung cancer. As well as health issues, these emissions could cause a fire because it's a flammable material. I do think that this ban is worth the cost because allowing for this ban on the MTBE would reduce health and lung issues in individuals who live in urban areas and are constantly surrounded by this substance added to gasoline.
