According to the given question.

⇒ Total number of fictional books = $\frac{75}{100}(100) =75books$

Also, 25% of books are of non fiction.

⇒ Total number of non fiction books = $\frac{25}{100} (100) = 25 books$

Since,

The average cost of a fiction book = Total cost of fiction books /Total number of fiction books

⇒ $15 = \frac{Total cost of fiction books}{75}$

⇒ Total cost of fiction books = 15 × 75 = $1125

Average cost of non fiction books = Total cost of non-fiction books /Total number of non fiction books

⇒ 16 = $\frac{total cost of non fiction books }{25}$
