There are two forms: Calamity Ganon, and Dark Beast Ganon.

Here is how to beat Calamity Ganon:

1) Flurry Rush sword attacks

2) Parry Guardian Lasers

He has a second half (now has a shield). To get through it, just parry lasers and use the flurry rush tactic.

After you beat Calamity Ganon, he starts leaking Malice everywhere, but then disappears into a fog of Malice. Zelda then teleports you to Hyrule Field, where you fight Dark Beast Ganon, "A pure embodiment of the ancient evil, that is reborn time and time again." (Yes, I have memorized every bit of dialogue). Zelda gives you the Bow of Light (100 damage) for the fight. On horseback, you must shoot Light Arrows at Ganon's weak points (Zelda will mark these). And at the end, you shoot Ganon's core while in bullet time (this is when you draw your bow midair). Zelda then seals Ganon away, and you reunite with her. There is a secret ending if you recover all of the memories in the Captured Memories quest.
