Basically, Utopianism is an idealistic belief or tendency for a country that practically does not exist in reality, in which everything is ideal, perfect, with an emphasis on an ideal socialist arrangement. As such, Utopianism is part of an idealized socialist theory, which advocates impractical idealistic political views. It focuses on equality in the economy, government and justice. Utopianism, could be said, is a type of socialism.
