T has to be in Kelvin so $T_{1}$ $= 27+273 = 300K$
$\frac{T _{1} }{V _{1}} = \frac{T _{2} }{V _{2}}$

$V _{2} = 2V _{1}$

therefore
$T _{2} = 2V _{1} \frac{T_{1}}{V_{1}}$
$T_{2} = 2T_{1} = 600K = 327$°
